Vianode’s breakthrough solution enables tailored high-performance synthetic anode graphite and holistic sustainability offering a 90% reduction in CO2 footprint. The next step involves executing a multi-billion dollar phased investment program dedicated to establishing large-scale plants across North America and Europe.

About the Role
Are you passionate about finance and sustainability? Do you want to be part of shaping the future of battery technology? Join Vianode for an exciting summer internship and contribute to our mission of enabling the green transition through innovative battery materials.
Key Responsibilities
- Be part of the finance team in Vianode working on financing activities
- Prepare financial models, marketing materials, and ad-hoc analysis
- Draft and review presentations for internal and external stakeholders, including management and the Board of Directors
- Assist with preparing & managing due diligence processes, coordinating external advisors, and otherwise contribute as needed to facilitating other workstreams related to Vianode’s financing activities
Required Qualifications
- Enrolled as a full-time student in a Business Administration program or similar at a recognized post-secondary institution
- Has a strong interest in corporate finance
- Thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft 365 and use of its various applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Has experience in advanced financial modeling from university and/or similar positions
- Excellent communications skills in English, both written and spoken
Location: Hybrid, South West Ontario (specific location TBC)
- Hybrid work arrangement at the Southwestern part of Ontario and with occasional visits to the GTA for team meetings
Duration: June to August, full time work (start and end dates are flexible).
Hourly salary: TBC
