About the Position : Are you a structured and experienced professional with proficient administrative and stakeholder management skills? Vianode is looking for a dedicated Management Support Specialist to join our dynamic team and contribute to smooth and efficient operations at Vianode. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a growing company and work in a collaborative, global environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide high-level administrative support, including managing complex calendars.
• Manage planning and execution of corporate events, meetings, and training sessions.
• Coordinate and assist with project-related tasks.
• Ensure timely and relevant information is available to target audiences and assist with the creation of content for meetings/events.
• Manage travel arrangements and itineraries for executives, ensuring all logistics are handled efficiently.
• Oversee office supplies and facility management to ensure smooth office operations.

Required Qualifications:

• Proven experience in executive support and administrative roles.
• Strong organizational abilities and capacity to manage multiple tasks effectively.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools.
• Experience with facility management.
• Ability to work in a global environment
• Excellent communication skills in both English and Norwegian.
• Excellent interpersonal skills to interact effectively within a diverse team.
